INFOMAP
InfoMap is a proprietary solution applied to linear works that promotes a 90% increase in productivity in the generation of strategic and managerial reports for our customers. By visually consolidating the status of the entire enterprise, InfoMap adds value to our customers’ decision-making process, with interactive and 100% digital products.
Our customers used analog, plotted solutions, with no visualization of the whole and without intelligent use of data, also having a laborious and long process to generate these products. The ease of the consolidated view in a digital environment, with the guarantee of the assertiveness of the information and the reduction of the displacement of the teams, increased the agility in the processes of updating data, as well as their consumption by our customers. For our services, InfoMap has brought results such as fast delivery and no rework, updating the progress of the work in a much faster and more accessible way, facilitating the transit of information and reducing the human error factor.”
The 3D map makes the visualization of the execution of the services in the field simpler and more illustrated, as well as the history already executed. The map is integrated with contract document management, on the same platform, and connects all operational and management information in the same environment. In this way, all participants in the development of the enterprise can visualize, through photographic evidence, georeferencing information and technical documentary and managerial information, the progress of services in the field and, thus, use this consolidated data to make decisions.
The development of the solution took place through an open innovation partnership using a map3D solution, which was functional and met the MVP projected at the time. When scaling the solution, it was necessary to pivot the strategy and carry out an internal development, with a dedicated IT team to design a mapping system that was faster for our teams and simpler for the users of the system and that would serve multiple market segments, such as highways, sanitation and energy. A new database was also designed, with a more adequate structure for the consumption and use of data in a managerial way.
